- - -- - - dass geschehe - - -- - - einführen Sokl- - -- - - machen - - -- - - wie das Volk - - -, zu Glück undHeil, wolle beschließen - - -dass Sokles der Herr sei - - -,woher nach seinen Worten das Volk Einkommenhaben wird; wenn er aber - - -eingerichtet hat die - - -, dassder Ertrag sein soll für Sokles und für die Stadt auf fünf-undzwanzig Jahre; dass jedes zweite Jahrdie Stadt den Ertrag haben soll und jedes andereJahr Sokles im Wechsel, bis für beide Seitendie fünfundzwanzig Jahre vorbei sind, die Stadtim ersten Jahr; dass jede von beiden Seiten denErtrag auf eigene Kosten einbringt; dass das Einbringenfür Sokles und die Stadt von überall her erlaubt sei,von wo es Erträge gibt; es sollSokles die Einbringung des Ertragesabschließen (bis zum Ende des Amtsjahrs) des jeweils amtierenden Archon.Dieselbe Art des Einbringung soll Sokles habenim Falle von Pacht, Wertabschätzungen (Pfandnahme) undEintreibung von Vermögen, wiesie die Stadt hat; wenn aber Sokles dieArbeit aufgenommen hat, - - -soll es niemandem erlaubt sein, einen Antrag einzubringen oderdarüber abstimmen zu lassen, dass Sokles die Arbeit abgebenoder er an der Arbeit gehindert werden soll, bis zum Ablaufder für die Ertragseinbringung vereinbarten Zeit.Wenn aber einer einen Antrag einbringt oder abstimmen läßt, dass er(die Arbeit) abgeben müsse, soll er tausend Drachmen schuldig sein,geweiht der Athena, und - - -- - - des Verlustes; der Prozess soll verhandelt werdenin den den Handels(-Gerichtshöfen); wenn aber jemandselbst als Dieb ertappt wird oder beim Anstiften von Dieben oderbei übler Tat oder beim Behindern des Sokles an derArbeit - - -- - - und Sokles - - -- - - dem Sokles - - -- - - die Stadt - - -- - -
